Company should avail digital & innovation in method of working which they didn't want for change they are still workings on old methods which results lot of waste of time money & energy.

Full job security and good work life balance. Manager of Every department Quality, maintain and production is not capable in managing department they are puppets of GM lodhi

Higher management of the company is very good and clear but factory management is very terrible, they don't require your technical skills , because factory management always keep higher management in dilemma of every thing is good which is not actually. Factory management always shows false or modified result to MD or Director. They never try to solve the problem.

There is a balance between work life and personal life, job security is very good, management is very good as well company policy.

Dislikes

Some HOD's are very chiep nature. They are very arrogant personally. They are not behavewell to his juniors.In my point of view if you are holding a senior position you should have polite nature.

Company culture is good. Staff was very supportive.

Career growth wise company is very slow. If we talk about salary /appraisal company has very poor policies which gives no reason to promote employees to work for longer period.
