... cut off of the travel expenses claims and they reduced the incentive structure. I have a huge fear when it comes to the salary date because I don't what they will cut off in the salary and travel expenses.

...lt that I have been here for 1.5 years. I am doing my work without any pressure. Getting full salary with conveyance. But they have fired few employees.

Dislikes

The most frustrating part here is the salary part. They pay very less salary and they don't have incentive structure for sales person which is not motivating at all. They pay incentives only to on roll employees and not to the Business development executives who are on third party pay roll. Incentives are the best part of motivation for any sales person.

Good work environment and culture. Teams are supportive and the management is transparent. I got a lot to learn.

For the past few months the company has implemented Variable Pay System. Thereby getting salaries in parts. There is a lot of problem

I have been working for this company for 16 months. The manager I report to is professional and understanding and we have a good understanding but there's too much politics. Overall it's a good organization to work in if you are on company payroll.

Dislikes

... pandemic. After the restrictions were cooled and we had to start working again. They implemented variable pay on our base salary. Which means we get less pay if we don't achieve our targets.(unrealistic targets in current market situaiton).

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
