There is nothing good in the company. Senior Management is partial with employees. Work culture is worst. Compensation are provided to only selected ones which are already fixed. Company is technically weak so as the Senior Management. The response from Senior Management are very poor. Incentives will be promised but it will never be given to any employee. New innovative ideas are not welcome in this company. Any suggestions for improvement are not welcome in this company due to egoistic issue of Senior Management.

Dislikes

Senior Management are always interested in doing politics internally with employee. During tough / critical time company will not support to any one. Accounts / administration department are pathetically poor. There is no HR department in company. The Senior Management is partial with employees. There is no support provided to customer on technicality. There is always hidden policy of company which is not shared during joining. At the time of leaving a job, an employee will be frustrated by fulfilling the terms and conditions of policy.
