A very innovative company in Power sector. I loved the part that its a true global company and there is good chance to visit abroad especially Middle east, since its a Danish company visiting Denmark in on the list, as the company has invest very handsomely on training of its employees. Good career growth opportunities and yearly lavish picnic are added fun.

Dislikes

Though career growth is slow with a bit below par compensation, work is to life balance is really bad for sales and service team, to the point of NO_LIFE ONLY_WORK at some point, even though other departments enjoy 5 days week work schedule. Marathi regionalism is a big issue of Mumbai (HQ-India, SAARC, Mid-East) and lots of politics on that basis hinder the growth prospect of individual. Personally my manager Mr.Ashutosh was the best manage an employee can think of though a level up in the top to my manager had lots of issues. Politics is played at very nasty level

This is worst organization I have worked ever. The environment is just too toxic. The HR, the Managers in Mumbai branch are too communal and biased towards people who doesn't belong to their religion, caste and region. You won't come to know what's in your box for you. The promotion criteria is third class and worst ever hike is provided

Dislikes

Overall biased and communal culture. The old aunties are worst havoc for the people here. These aunties like to drink, eat, dance and enjoy on company's expense. Just give them free liquor they will do whatever you like.

Likes

Working here needs high technical knowledge. Good platform for the one who are from Electronics and Instrumentation background. Very high growth prospects if company steered to proper direction. Overall good, company's rules, regulations and procedures religiously followed.
