Yes If you need manager level job then skill required 1. you must be friend of one of the company head. 2. few trading knowledge req. 3. No matter if you dont know any tech langauages you can learn from your juniors in team. 4. Gujarathi is plus.

...e knowledge so we can learn from them . but here happens its vise versa. NO WFH. NO BONUS NO INCENTIVES NO CHANCE TO LEARN NEW SKILL NO GOOD MANAGEMENT YES SALARY DEDUCT IF TAKES LEAVES BUT NO EXTRA PAY IF OVERTIME. NO BIRTHDAY GIFT NO CHANCE TO GROW Change policies every 3 months.

The founder is extremely kind and compassionate. My manager Mr. Abhijeet Phatak was also extremely helpful. Both understand the complexities involved in the work. Relaxed atmosphere. You are free to experiment with various ideas. Indeed a good company to work for. I liked going to the office every day. Sometimes I went to the office on Saturdays too!!!

No work pressure. The marketing department is full of staff members who are more interested in playing politics than creating value through work. Everyone tries to implicate another person in some kind of controversy. Guys You can't function like this!!!! Wake up!!!! Non-creative people in the marketing department.
