LIMITED GROWTH, STEEP PYRAMID, EARLY RETIREMENTS , SENIORS DON,T HOLD YOUR HAND LIKE IN GOOD OLD DAYS

disciplined culture , provides togertherness, exposure to various fields, enhances knowledge improves once personality keeps up the movtivational leveland lastly safety and security of peronnel and family as well .

frequent postings, staying away from family when posted to a non family station .

Its nothing word disliking in defence services, its an opertunity i have done in my past as sailor, my past service given me alrounder experienced from age of 17 yrs I have joined navy and retiring on completion of 38 yrs of service at the same time I am now 54 yrs 6 month completed. Its mean full life I have work for nation and vast experienced service given me, Thank you once again Jai Hind, Good Day.
