I’m join here on nov 2023 , but my experience was amazing in just 4 months. Here all people are very supportive and knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. Too much knowledge get in just 4 months of joining.

No Seriousness about roles and accountability by HOD/Middle Management thus ultimate burden on juniors and other staff members ...

Corporate culture is totally missing which is actually created by middle management, excessive interference by one department into the working of another department, hypothetical working environment. Some seniors are very long in their services so they don't accommodate the presence of new comers ,if some one wants to continue their carrier for loner period thus don't provide healthy work environment. HR are dummy and silent spectator in the Company as unable to place healthy working environment against these activities by Seniors/HOD's. No scope for increment and carrier growth, unless until you are good enough in buttering or are closer to the HOD's or Middle Management then work or talent doesn't matter. Middle Management/ HOD's are the ultimate person to decide one's carrier and growth of one's future and there is no control/supervision over their decision, authority due to which they take same personally on many time which is detrimental to good corporate growth and employee concerned. Frequent profile/role changes is also there by the HOD's /Management.

Great place to learn, regular sessions are being carried out on professional knowledge, management traits by internal as well as external trainer .

No promotion policy, though you are professionally sound, vacancy will be observed from open source
