Nothing to like in company, culture is very bad. Along with salary abusing words are getting timely.

Dislikes

Too much interference of CEO in all things. Safety is only in discussion but not in manufacturing plant...day to day SOP is changing. Average 5-6 employees resigning per month. Top management is not having manner to how to talk in meetings. Always keeping employees in stress and pressure.

The only good thing in the company is the timely salary.

The management is very very very immature, worst decision making, worst management, it feels like all the top position is handled by maniacs who only have one goal that is to put blame on other leaders. They love to fight and put stress on the managers and they only like the employees who satisfies their egos rather than putting up a good work. A highly demotivating culture by all ths leaders. Shouting, abusing, demeaning the employees is very common here and happens everyday. They are biased and manipulative. They won't even hesitate to call you for work even on Sundays. No work life balance, no freedom on even public holidays, they don't consider all this. They think they are above the human rights and law too.

It was very good experience. Company provide very good training. Within 6 months I learn working of all instrument and classical chemistry.

That company didnt provide the expected salary...About environment it is not good.

Deepak novochem is one of the very poor company in my life, all top management people like director and CEO Mr Ghumaste and Mr Sawant are very foolish persons, immediately director should take serious action on them. Every year more than 50% employee's resign the job. In future no employee should prefer this company.

DNTL IS fastest growing company. Company having strong R&D base and strong product portfolio. Company is working on excellence to achieve the technological improvement. Safely and environment is the integrated part for each improvement.
