I AM WORKING FROM TOP TO BOTTOM LEVEL. BEING A CITY MISSION MANAGER I AM WORKING AT PLANNING AND DECISION MAKING LEVEL AS WELL AS DEALING WITH GRASS ROOT PEOPLE.

I AM WORKING AT SAMBALPUR MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, ODISHA AND WE ARE ONLY TWO STAFFS APPOINTED HERE. THE POPULATION IS ABOVE 3 LAKHS. DEALING WITH EVERY ASPECT BECOME NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. IF THERE COULD BE APPOINTED ONE OR TWO FIELD WORKER WHO WILL DIRECTLY REPORT US THEN IT COULD BE BETTER.

Very good work culture, job sequrity, always sallary on time, no issue of timming & leave. We are work with highly educated official so we will learn loughts of adicates & manner of higher management.

Dislikes

Sometime it's difficult to work in govt official because the file movement & approval process is deferent as compare to private sector.

This organization is under ministry of urban development and mainly this programme is based on social mobilization , support for the rights of poor and access livelihood opportunities to the urban poor. In this organization, I have liberty/freedom to take decision independently , full support of Administrative Officers in policy making process . Besides this Organization is open to make some different but innovative for the benefit of poor. In this organization I got opportunities as exposure visit across India on the major social issues like as Education , Livelihood , Health and social participation of poor man in socio-political system. In spite of that, I like working nature , teamwork and Administrative environment of present organization.

Dislikes

In emergency, work Higher Authorities has given work of other not-related department , If I could have not success in that then all blaming has to face me . Annual Target has been allotted double- triple. Many times in many task , I have faced numerous problem like a litmus test for proving my worth or to my calibers. However due to all odd situation, I performed better and win the trust of my superior Authorities.
