Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

I have been working at deeksha for past for 6 months as a Librarian As well as a yoga teacher . I could definitely say my word that no one can Grow if your library is not a digital one I'm not able to grow , but i'm so happy with the job as a librarian With A lot of interest in reading

Dislikes

Students studying deeksha are stubborn because there are no strict rules, they do not respect teacher's and management will not take serious action in this, it's going with students friends ( it's not good in every cases)

Dislikes

Job is at times is very hectic. Their priority is on enrolling more students and getting good revenue than ensuring that students get quality education. The discipline among students is pathetic since teachers are expected to be lenient with them. Any strictness by teachers may invoke poor feedback. Overall it's simply functioning as a pure business model and not as a noble teaching profession. Their motto "Nurturing the success of every child" is pure advertisement value. They don't really mean it. They simply mean money and business.

Dislikes

However, it's concerning that the primary focus seems to be on PU results, rather than on JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, and NEET results. This is despite having excellent faculty and talented, capable students. It feels like the potential of both students and teachers is not fully utilized for competitive.
