Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Celebrate festivals, not all

Dislikes

Seniors and even worker security liftman receptionist all peoples are influenced with other seniors. They will always remind you as you are local people from boisar, not aprove your work even it's good. Climate is so torturable and unreasonable for every situation. Even not given mail I'd, you have to send your artwork from other people's I'd. So unprofessional behavior. Even after I left the job, they didn't gave me experience certificate, they told me that I was in blue collar.

Nothing to like about this company, when they need you they will pamper you. When they don't they will start harassing you so that you leave.

It's like One Man show and policies can be changed overnight. No job security. Very stagnant and very less room to learn something new. No individual goals and objectives.No performance appraisals
