...ceive from them. Till the Day 1 of you joining, nothing is sure at this place. I had given 3 rounds of interview, discussed salary, ready to join on MOnday. But friday they told me there is no data scientist position.

No job guarantee. Even if you are going with referal, after clearing all the ronunds they will simple say there is no position at this moment. I went through referal. There is no job guarantee friends. They boost many things about thier work culture, do not fall for the trap. Not a reliable organization.

... you for weeks the HR will say that you are not suitable for the job anymore. My question is after taking 3 rounds why were they not clear that after the salary discussion things were surprisingly not suitable for the company. Really bad negotiation False hopes First they say that yes to every condition and expected salary then after wasting weeks of time they will come and reject you by saying not in budget.

Secure Job, No Politics , They'll recognise hard work and rewards will be proportional to the hard work one puts . Very good chance of fast growth. One can be transformed to a SME in 2 years . Great global exposure as you will get to directly interact with client on daily basis .

...y your self confidence by insulting you on daily basis infront of your juniors . They definitely offer better salary and appraisals but there is no point earning the money which you can't spend . Their moto is to push the employee to his breaking point where he himself would resign . Attrition rate is extremely high because of this reason. Still the leadership team don't care

I’ve worked at Decision Point for 1.5 years as a Content Writer and I was in the Marketing team. Below are the cons: 1. No work-life balance. The manager will call/message you anytime. 2. No job security (specially in Marketing team and product team) 3. No appraisal/promotion 4. The manager does not have understanding of the product and services and expects you to understand the product. 5. The manager is ready to blame you for the things that he himself should take care of. 6. The manager and VP product can risk your job and will not take the blame. 7. The manager will put the teammates on PIP and will secure his job. 8. No work satisfaction because your ideas will not be entertained or recognized.
