As a Digital Marketing intern, they only offer a stipend of 3000. There is no work-life balance. The SEO team leader, Priti Ma’am, seems to lack the knowledge on how to effectively manage the team. She only focuses on getting the tasks done and doesn’t encourage the team members to learn new tools. There's also no job security, as they never hire anyone permanently; they only hire for SEO roles on a temporary basis.

I feel good and happy working in decipher. There are many things that make me like working in decipher. The working environment at decipher is friendly, helpful and conducive to learning. Bosses are very good. Every time anyone has any problem they help whole heartedly.
