No job security. No regular salary. They will always keep salary backlog of more than 4 months even after having funds, reason being you donot leave the organization. And if you resign you will not get a single penny. This is their general practice. They have not spared even employees who had contributed to company for more than 8 years.

Dislikes

The decision making director is an accountant. Hence he always make sure that you beg infront of him for salary. The owner of the company himself is facing several court cases due to non payment to vendors and other frauds, just search on India kanoon website our other court websites. Forget about growth, if you get regular salary then you are very lucky. It's better to stay away from it. If you want to just have experience and not salary, it's good but for max 1 year.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
