The office environment is heavily influenced by internal politics, with only two individuals holding all the power and making decisions for the company. As a result, many staff members are resigning due to the toxic political atmosphere.

Likes

There no any liked movement in that company. No any celebration, no any employee motivation, but employee demotiation is regularly. They all recruits people, asking for any product which u have worked, get process flow details and once product process known, then within 6 months of span you be thrown out of the company. This is the policy.

Dislikes

One of the Third class, company ever seen in my 15 years of Pharmaceutical career. The company site head is acting like he is superhero. As, he is B.Sc. person, but a acting like, I am the Ph. D. Person. Every where he recruited, their own people and dont hear other's opinion. Every small mistake is like a big scam for him. Every time he is firing to all then persons. He has rude behaviour for peoples working in their company. They all are making people foolish, even basic things are not available in the company premises to work, everytime we have to indent for even single thing required and wait till it comes in the company and till it is coming we have take follow up from.the vendor. On that issue site head is firing to that person. Guys dont join this company. I am humbally request to all the persons who are planning to join.
