I really enjoyed working there .but I feel like I'm at a point in my career where my skills could be employed better samewhere else.

The company is experiencing rapid growth, and as a fast paced individual I see tremendous growth in this orginization.Although people are rooted to traditional work culture but they are always open to new ideas.The owner of this orginization is the strong pilliar and sitting at such high position he is approachable to everyone.He will always share his few cents which he has gain fom his rich experience but will never intervine in your work.The same culture has been downloaded to higher management so this orginization have FUN CUM WORK culture.

The building is quite old but supporting to 200 orpan girls is a noble cause so I am ok with the infra.

Pathetic work culture. Please do not join this company and spoil your career. This is unprofessional consultancy where people doesn't value for employee and disrespect to the core.

The company gives opportunity to each employee to explore more and more. The higher management is always reachable to discuss each and every point. The colleagues are always helpful to extend their help to new joiners.

This is happens in every industry, few people has the negative mentality which can be improved.

There is nothing to like about this company. I don’t even know if i should call this DMCFS a company or what.

There are 4 MDs and there are 3 HRs, all of them good for nothing. HR took 2 months to give me my joining letter that too i have to beg her to give. The work culture is pathetic and what to say about manager. The manager over there was so unmannered and used to abuse the employees and she used to make feel bad about not wearing her type of clothes or not knowing English. Over all the company is worst and people know nothing about running an organisation. They are just trying there luck.
