Dcs, Canteen food, good salary, high level safety, 2 days week off.place like Goa.

1) Here employees are considered as helpers by there manager. 2) stressful culture were everyday someone is fighting to somebody because of work load. 3) You feel helpless and uncomfortable. 4) Dangerous chemicals but we have to work in unsafe condition. 5) In the end of the shift you feel fully tired because of mental and physical stress. 6) This stress can affect you personal life. 7) in plant called MPP-1, continuous change over makes us confused about process, and that's why incident happened. 8) Company has DCS but still field person is only doing work like helper and continuous work until shift end. 9) bad working culture. 10) Personally they don't care about your health. All this my personal experiences are from plant called MPP. So if you are lucky, don't come to MPP. Other than place where you work, overall company is good.

Free hand to develop the process with not much bureaucracy/ interference which is unlike other organizations Good work is awarded with more work and opportunity to learn All the staff at site are extremely hard-working. They may not be the smartest people on the job but are very persistent. Efforts and presence on site is valued by management and appreciated with salary/ benefits

Dislikes

The company has not been able to create a culture where employees are cherished. Policies are arbitrary and lacking.

Very bad management. There is a lot of dirty politics. If someone passes information to the manager, they get a higher salary hike. A group has formed, and they don’t allow others to stay. Zero benefits except for the salary. Terrible HR policies. The HR team ignores terms and conditions, applying them inconsistently from one employee to another.

Worst rules, no respect for employees, we need to do extra hours of work to company for free, if you not listen there rules they just stop your tumb punch with silly reasons 🤣🤣🤣. A private organisation need to grow more they are building more Inga structure rather than making good job roles. Be far away from Deccan Fine Chemicals

There are so much advanced equipment, instruments and so many different kind of processes are there to learn if enough time is there to spend on learning.

Dislikes

...stake. Worst HR department and HR policies. Prolonged working hourse. No leaves. No proper compensation for the hard work. No growth in personal learning.
