Likes

A set up made by Govt of India to recover NPAs of the banks and financial institutions. Have become like any other court of law because of attitude of the advocates and the higher judiciary intervening into its functions by exercising writ jurisdiction in spite of the fact that Supreme Court of India has ruled that the High Courts should desist from doing so.
