... own mistakes and some low level employees have to face the issue and got fired. Also don't pay salary for 4-5 months, they don't have any proof and they just blame and fired not even ask for f&f, employee has to take support from Court n legal. This is the Dealshare

...hat's why it is not easy for a respectable person to survive in the job here. There is always flattery and camaraderie, if you want to get the salary. When he takes the complaint to HR, he politely shrugs, and tells the whole thing to the boss that such a complaint has complained to you.

Good palce to work and job will sequre but their work cluture is not good beacuse on regular comapny SOP will change.

Compensation is decent and career growth is good. The work pressure is very high. I give the growth 500% in last six month and my manager given best appraisals to me but managment deinde their side.

Good team members, Good work life balance, you can enjoy life working here. Salary is good here, They pay more to some people even more than the talent

Dislikes

They will promote you based on your closeness to management, else you can beg but wont happen. No job security. Company has already done 4 rounds of mass firing, they dont have clarity first of all why they are hiring. They dont provide right work to right person. Some people are over worked and some dont have any work.

Leadership team are very weak.. and creates pressures on ground team to hide their inefficiency. No training Policy.. Company will recover money in case of any loss. Ground level work pressures is extremely high because of Manual Works. No HR Policy..Job Security is completely NiL.
