No working life balance.No employee satisfaction. Planned leaves got cancelled. 16hours of working rveryday. No week offs.Nothing is good. Very poor management. After working full day, giving your best employee will be harassed. Employer will send you in- appropriate and disappointing message.If you ressign this company the Senior HRBP will harass you that they will take leg actions ifyou left the company

The best thing in Dealermatix is that you get hands on experience on the work which is being provided to you as the training is quite effective & efficient. You get to travel across the world which is a great way of learning!!
