Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

What I love about this institution is, it helps you to grow, improve, and develop as individual. It offers a variety of faculty development, a academic seminars, lectures, training and research. As whole, i would say is a good university to send your children becsuse of its wholistic approach in managing the students to learn, to be critical, and independent.

Dislikes

The change of management... When a new president comes in there is always sn immediate restructuring which made the partners hard to adjust in thier work.
