It’s the worst company which sends legal notices to employees if they join companies who doesn’t have similar line of business by treating them competition and never do full and final settlement and pay balance Money to employees on last working day.

It was a good company, after leadership changed the company culture became toxic.

Dislikes

After leadership changed, incentives are not released for more than a year. Employees absconded because of unbearable pressure. No work life balance the country director calls you at 2 at night and uses abusive language in the name of criticism. The country manager takes credit for the growth, built his personal brand by buying awards every quarter. Biased, no equal opportunity for team members.
