- Extended working hours. - Salary delays by 10th-15th day of every month. - Director will directly call you in cabin for small small mistakes, then why there is a need of managers ? - No growth. - No core RA profile. - Micormanagement. - Need to beg for 1 day leave also. - They will call you to office to work on Saturdays also.

No job security They are using Directors use employees for their own benefit. The director has also not seen that the employee has given so much time to the job. As per director choose..sone employee are work on office and specially employees are work from home.work from home given to any special employee. Favourite employees. Work pressure

Unprofessional behaviours from topmanagement, no salary before 10th of everymonth, no releave letter, bond I think. If you want to join u can buy u will regret in your life later.

Biggest mistake of my life I've ever done by joining this company. Anyone will easily get depressed, frustrated within 3 months of joining only. Very poor management and policies. No proper trainings and even director don't know the regulatory work. Just a postman data management work like BPO companies. Better to search for any other company.
