...ct numbers with charged by myself, calls have to attend after the working hours. I have to do overtime work without any pay.

Ddrc srl started doing covid 19 real time pcr test, from which i gained an experiance for committing myself during future epidemics

...died a lot good things from the company but still lots of demerits are there... no salary hike, more work pressure... especially long night duty(12 hrs... )

DDRC SRL Diagnostics is one of the leading diagnostic centres in Kerala. But working there as as staff is a horrible experience, especially in the HR Department. The attrition rate of the company is very high, when it is compared to other diagnostics services.

There is no recognition for the works we are performing. There are a lot of works to do but salary is very less. I was ashamed to say my salary to anyone, when I was working with Ddrc.

The company mainly concentrate on business...they didn't give importance to employees.they treat employees as their servents..The post name is BDO..but we forced to do sample collection from hospitals...we need to do the job of delivery boys,we need to do take courier...At last they say we didn't do any work here... Full of pressure.... Company is growing...but employees need to work at 11000 rps for many years...only salary increment to top-level heads... Don't come to this company

Worst Culture ,No professionalism , They don't value any Humanity.No body respond or take responsibility for the needs .Only Politics matters and customer satisfaction is not their concern.works with minimal staff .HR is the worst department who doesn't take any responsibility .I think management of SRL need to really understand the improvement areas and work on it .Currently they don't have any Vision.Just runs with old Name it carry .
