... and minded women you have to report each and everything in morning and evening. She will never give you offer letter salary slip etc. She will always say next time i will provide. Never expect salary before 14th of each month. They do drama every month as every employee knows there. They will start finding some clues against you from anywhere or they will make themselves in the begining of month. They give salary after 14th of every month and if any workers leave before that time they hardly pay their salary. I have seen many workers who even did not got their salary after months. In A word wrost enviorment to work No job security nothing else.

All it has to give you is experience. The reason is that it has a only a handful of employees. Therefore it will burden the employees with extra task (out of your work profile).

Dislikes

Harsh working environment with zero job security and low increament.
