Confused about job offer
I gave an interview in a company. Technical round went very well and i some how managed to sneak into the final score which was 4.3/5. Hence i reached the HR round where i declared my expected salary to be 20 lacs. I was offered 17.5 Lacs in the end.(My current CTC is 12.7 Lacs). I denied the offer at the moment in clear words as my present job is in my hometown and I expect 20 LPA to move out of my home town. This interview was held in November . Yesterday in February i received a mail from the company telling me to go for pre employment medical checkup. An HR executive called and explained me medical procedure. I asked her about the final offer and she told me she will get back to me. I called her again after two days and she still told me that she will ask her seniors and get back to me. Now after 5 days of mail I am confused if I should call again or go for medical or still wait.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Except for Compensation nothing is good

Dislikes

Department filled with politicians, un cooperative seniors, unrealistic timeliness and too much work pressure. Overall not a good company if you want peace of mind in work

Dislikes

Top paid management is very rude and egotistic. Now, no job security. Earlier culture was good but specically in SFS, culture is like C grade company, in terms of way of treating employees , job security and motivation. At present, job security is Zero in SFS. People are treated like labours now in Shriram Fertilizers and Chemicals.
