I like some office people other than that nothing is really good.

Growth is very slow. The work pressure is high with low salary.No appreciation. There is no-job training for freshers, they want sales from very first day.

There is nothing to announce about anything which we can say that yes we like this thing that thing in DCG TECH.

DCG if full of worst practices, unethical behaviour, worst work culture, pathetic management.

I am working as Assistant General Manager Sales since Feb 2020 , i learn every day new things , good work environment , management support employees to learn, share good practices & open to discuss improvement areas . Overall it is one of a good place to work . Good Life balance while working in this organisation. Company policies are good appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

I don't find any ...think should focus on recreation facilities for employees like some indoor games to play during lunch time .

only 1 thing was better we can learn some skills self.

many more things bad in the company, some people of pet dog of owner, owners have cheap thinking , they do not believe on any employee and no job security.
