This company is very good because no one's salary stopped even on covid time and everyone got their salary.

Here the company solves the problems of the patients immediately. There is no solution to the problems of the technicians of the center.

Good option for career growth . DCDC company's staff always support for their employee groth. i also started my career in DCDC and always find a good way by the company's staff I am thansful of DCDC to give a chance to show me my skill and knowlge .

actully in startin low salary package is some issue of employee but at the apprasal time a employee got a health appraisal

The job security is fair enough.

The management is pathetic with never on time salary...the salary being paid after 15th of the month only....there is no response from the subordinates about any matter and have to contact heads for basic requests.....the company keeps on adding to its centres without quality work.

Nothing to like much....the doctors job there is like a receptionist/pro....no clinical training given about dialysis or complication management to medical staff or doctor....all the training is irrelevant like what will u do if a fire breaks out...

Salary not paid for nearly two months of continuous working... inspite of repeated reminders to HR at head office.... internal work environment not at all favourable.... stepmotherly treatment of Kolkata centre by Delhi head office...seriously I regret joining this company
