There are so many politics.no support from superior.all case were set by credit team. whether it legal or technical all decisions given by credit team Only.i strongly recommend don't join this organisation for business purpose.

Only good thing about this bank is salary hike. If you're looking for salary hike up to 70% only then join this bank.

Work culture is very poor. pressure will be built since day one. Their products are very limited but their expectations are very high. You need to have a lot of references to survive in this bank.

...ng at month ends You may have to stay at the branch the whole night to disburse your case Credit team is very slow Half your salary will be gone in travelling

Very supportive & cooperative superiors. Helps to learn & gain knowledge.

As comparable to work pressure to be handled as credit analyst, salary structure is low as comparable to industry standards. Also, certain basic facilities to be provided to offices( other than corp.or circle offc) like pantry service,coffee machine, microwave,flexible timings,Sodexo,other perks,etc.

...am work at branch level work. Operations and Sales both are differently working. Operations people are seating ideal and getting good salary and bonus as well. Pls change the culture otherwise attrition will be higher in future. They are the liability for the organization and if you compare with other organizations, operations people are enjoying a lot. Pls change the culture 🙏
