...ery poor , branch banking operations salaries are very poor I’m working last 3.5years my salary increased 2500/- only Everything linked with another employee mistakes and wrong amendments and wrong queries

First and foremost thing is, you can directly speak up with the head of department or even directly to senior management. It is quite easy to communicate any inconvenience being caused and the policies and processes are improving day by day. This bank is a small private sector bank where the growth is available in all means. It is better for the people starting their career. Also it is required the experienced persons to lead the bank in right way. A combination of the same is already persisting now and will be there for good. Overall, a good experience in working with DCB.

Dislikes

...y not know. As a common employee, there is much more to be improved in the bank. Comparatively less salary packages but can't be balmed for the stiff competition and cost management.

(all feedback is during my 2 year work period from Feb 2011 - May 2013) - Nice, affable colleagues - Good opportunity to grow since the bank had a new CEO and there were plans to make the bank grow in size and profitable.

Dislikes

...layering. So powers were wrested in the hands of few who were a small coterie. - HR was existing just for namesake, salary processing, leave management and nothing that worked in the favour of employees (I experienced this during my tenure. Hence the feedback is personal)

The seniors are not helpful at all They dont want to take risk No learning factor No training is done Since day 1 PIP dhamki is given

There are so many politics.no support from superior.all case were set by credit team. whether it legal or technical all decisions given by credit team Only.i strongly recommend don't join this organisation for business purpose.
