...am work at branch level work. Operations and Sales both are differently working. Operations people are seating ideal and getting good salary and bonus as well. Pls change the culture otherwise attrition will be higher in future. They are the liability for the organization and if you compare with other organizations, operations people are enjoying a lot. Pls change the culture 🙏

...ironment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It was a worst experience. One side they say we give you salary on the other side they say buy HI, LI for yourself, they use old school methods. It is not a bank it is a shop.
