too difficult to sell bank's financial services.they consider themselves as a pioneer in the banking industry. Management is bad ..trainers are even more worse .one of the trainers mohit frequently call the CSM to keep the check .no matter what time it is.he will call you again and again and threat you about the job

The Bank is job having security. The more friendly and take care of the career. we can move from one department to another department as per required knowledge.

There are so many politics.no support from superior.all case were set by credit team. whether it legal or technical all decisions given by credit team Only.i strongly recommend don't join this organisation for business purpose.
