1. Job Security 2. Salary on time (26th of month) 3. Good teammates [Everyone (literally everyone) left the organisation between March 21 to May 21] 4. Good platform for freshers (as you will develop applications from scratch and will get to learn security and server creation stuff)

80 % of the IT team had already left the organisation or are serving notice period so you can imagine the situation now (Not good at all) 1. No increment & bonus since last 2 years (Although bank is in profit) 2. No learning for experienced developers, as a developer you will be doing 20% development and 80% followups from other teams (Security, SysDBA) 3. Security & SysDBA team is not co-operative (they ignore mails and calls). Even if they did not do their job, it is considered as developer's mistake as he/she did not followup every day (every hour you can say). Its like begging (Bhai server creation ka karke de na, please RFC execute karke do na) which is actually their job, but developer has to beg. (Anyways all those have also left the organisation LOL!) 5. Rating system is hilarious, doesn't matter how you performed, you will be given 2B to 3 without clarification. No appraisal meetings.) 6. 3 months compulsory notice period (No matter what you have to serve it) 7. If you wanted to join HR department then go ahead you will enjoy it in DCB because all you have to do is "Just Chill". No celebrations, no discussion regarding promotion/ increment. Even I saw the days when they were enjoying separately during Diwali without asking others to join.

...ery poor , branch banking operations salaries are very poor I’m working last 3.5years my salary increased 2500/- only Everything linked with another employee mistakes and wrong amendments and wrong queries

The seniors are not helpful at all They dont want to take risk No learning factor No training is done Since day 1 PIP dhamki is given

There are so many politics.no support from superior.all case were set by credit team. whether it legal or technical all decisions given by credit team Only.i strongly recommend don't join this organisation for business purpose.

Only good thing about this bank is salary hike. If you're looking for salary hike up to 70% only then join this bank.

Dislikes

Work culture is very poor. pressure will be built since day one. Their products are very limited but their expectations are very high. You need to have a lot of references to survive in this bank.
