During my tenure I worked under 2 Managers and 1 Lead. Working under these managers where amazing we learnt a lot under their supervision.

Dislikes

When the lead was chosen there wasn't any interview or processes set up for other participants to take part. It was covered under the words management's decision. Worst management and always has been a one man show. The CEO acts as if he is all fun but is very naive and cunning. Worst HR head with worst communication skills. Has 59% attrition rate, they believe in hire and fire - No job security. The services head has so much attitude that he would not respond to your questions. The CEOs arrogance and rudeness has been taken on by the leads and management. Severe micro management, they have 6 managers or heads of departments and the CEO in a Skype group where they exchange ruthless comments about each employees performance.

Micromanagement over Group Chats should be avoided instead one to one communication should be used, Work ownership needs to be properly defined to avoid any non-accountability issues later & to ensure timely deliveries, CTO should trust his leaders.

Likes

There is complete job security and there is no firing happening to cut costs. The work life balance is the same it was before which is very nice. Also the company amended policies to make sure the employees are taken care of.
