Work Facility is good in terms of infrastructure, cafetaria etc. Salary package is also good.

Dislikes

Work culture is pathetic. Engineering employees are expected to work as if they are robots. No value to personal space. No standard processes. No limit to the expectations out of a role. We are expected to work on anything that is given to us just because we are paid salary every month. Patheric vendor management. Employees are leaving because of health issues due to long working hours on weekdays and weekends. Need to work almost every weekend irrespective of holidays.

Learnt a lot in terms of technical skills to perform on the job. Other than that, there are not much pros.

...Cannot work from home during reporting period, Legacy technology, Rude people, Low pay, No career progression, Unappreciative bosses

- good work life balance, - good ppl - salary and bonus given at time

Dislikes

- Lack of customer base - low marketing about the brand makes sales very hard. - services are poor. Good company to work but not very customer friendly bank

Likes

The work culture is good and Hibrid working options. Good salary for freshers and experienced people too. Especially job safety for onroll people. And for contract people till their contact period ends.

Job security, Smart colleagues, iflex benefits, fixed pay and bonus.

Dislikes

Chaotic work environment, un organised work. Requirements to timelines comes from Singapore. Indian devs are just for servicing them. Old tech stack. Mangement have no clue what the developers are doing or struggling. No work recognition.
