Dislikes

Management is very dull and pathetic. They do internal politics. No one to listen to either of your concern either related to work culture issues or salary issue everytime they it is our policy we do like that and all. Either you are performing or not doesn't matter all matters how you butter up seniors otherwise you job is in danger they give direct threats stating about your job. No updated technologies nothing dependent on Vendors totally even their products are so outdated developed and even they don't have access to base code as well. Don't go after money all they offer is more money other than any company but you'll be at hell future will be spoiled because when you will be fired you don't have any other option at the end to downgrade your salary and compromise with other company. Choose well.

Schenker lacks young crowd and old employees have been working from past 10-15 years which somehow restricts young employees to join the company as these old employees have a set pattern of working also these people prefer references from their end only Sometimes senior employees become hostile/unfriendly towards new joiners in the team They hire freshers on 3rd party trainee basis for a year but hardly convert them onroll

Team at Operations level is fantastic with Dell - but the flavor is different at Managerial level

Dislikes

...ment at Hoxton park is not approachable (2) No constructive feedback given - (3) Ops Supervisor / Inventory controller level is the worst position to handle due to (a) very low / Fixed Salary cap / no overtime (b) NON responsive & stubborn managers giving more and more responsibility without any recognition and salary hike Most of the higher level is just thinking about cost controls & forgetting the core issue that employes work for pay and recognition - perhaps Managers are more insecure about their position :)
