As a fresher you have very good opportunity to learn new things. Management is very supportive with freshers.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Hiring is not good here. In last 2 year around 8 people resigned, 4 were fired and only 3 new hirings done. Work culture is really unmanageable for juniors. Not working on any new technologies.

It was great working here @Dayal Infosystems. I learned a lot from seniors as well as juniors. The working environment is too good as I became frank with colleagues. Overall my experience was good.

Yeah, as said that every coins has two sides, so there are cons also. There were some hr policy that changes very frequently as with your appraisals.
