Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing is good about this organisation.

Dislikes

They don't provide training to new joinees. Salary was not given on proper date and time every month. The main issue was they don't have their toilets and even insist you rto use public toilets. Do not provide you phone reimbursement. They force you to use own phone, there is tea vending machine at warehouse. Old employees are getting more facilities then the new ones even they worked less office hours. Untidy place operation manager force you to clean warehouse by employees.
