Not anything which you should from that ...it is a typical Lala company. Not given your salary even after you work very well in that organisation.

Dislikes

Daya charan is very bad company. He is not giving your salary on time. And always giving you less salary which was promise you at that time you join that company. Very bad culture. Work life balance is nothing here.

...nment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policy are good appraisals are fair and they give good Salary every month.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management does't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
