**"Highly Unethical and Toxic Work Environment"** I worked at DAVAINDIA in a regional role and had a very negative experience. This company has a culture where unethical practices are not only tolerated but expected. Employees are pressured to work with specific vendors and brokers, often due to questionable arrangements that don’t align with fair business practices. Managers may encourage you to engage in dealings that could risk your integrity, and refusing can put your position at risk. The management style is extremely micromanaging, with little regard for work-life balance or employee well-being. Language used within the workplace is often abusive, creating a hostile environment where it’s hard to feel respected or valued. There’s also a lack of transparency in decision-making, which makes it difficult to trust leadership. My experience here was so stressful that it affected my health and personal life, and I ultimately needed medication for blood pressure issues as a result. If you value integrity, work-life balance, and a supportive culture, I would strongly advise you to consider other options.

Our seniors and staff are so sincere towards company's goal everyone is punctual disciplined and experienced, they are ready top help to guide and give the best advice to their best of known interest.

Not all medicines are available, some medical consumables have low quality apart from that they lag at some place.

Plan of company is good but the implementation part is very poor because management is not take any machyour decision,. Commitment level is zero to his business partner.

Dislikes

Lack of right approach, because senior manegement is not think like a professional organisations. One side they trying to interact with new client and same time they ignore their exhisting client. So their plan is not successful in future.
