My school DAVVIS is the best school in this world having enriched work culture, providing wide opportunity for training and development to their employees and transparent workforce which is highly supportive and thereby help in achieving quality in education and sharpen the foundation of society.

Dislikes

Undoubtedly there is no issues the organisation is well and supportive.

Likes

Some of the staff are very kind and supportive but a major portion of them are involved in spying. That creates a imbalance in the work culture as you cannot believe anyone .

Dislikes

1. Everybody is a spy and is going to assasinate your career and character every now and then, 2.No presence of management in school culture . 3.Large facility gap between company staff and school staff. 4.If you are bachlor , you will have to share rooms with antisocial , drunkard and spy people.(Faced personally) 5.Hike is not based on personal quality and qualifications , its how much information you give to principal about the other staff's secrets: spying. 6.Every year you need to go for interview , and you need to literally beg for parmanency in the job even if you are qualified and taught in that school for sometime. 7.Exam-cell is corrupted . They help some teachers and students in their personal capacity . 8.People using unconstitutional language every now and then. 9.Highly insecure place for unmarried female staff. 10.No bus , train facility within 25km of radius. 11. Adhoc staff is like no one there , will do all the works without appreciation and encouragement. 12.Permanent staff are old and outdated people , dont know how to turn on the computer . 13. School is run by 3 -4 senior staff , you are very less likely to know untill you have spent a year or so. 14.No time for personal development , reading or preparation. 15.Ususlly you are going to have a mental confusion , why did you join the school , yntill you finally leave , as more than 250 good teachers have done. 16. Personal advice , donot go there if you have any other good option ,you are going to regret it badly. 17. No money for extra classes , no tuition and no entertainment .
