There is less care about the quality work......discrepancy of salary in different schools.....in same statuses.

This is an organisation of education field. There are about 850 schools and colleges under dav cmc this is best schools of chain in Asia. The ASSOCHEM bestowed the best of chin award to dav cmc. There many opportunities to serve the dav. A good cultured organisation.

Full autonomy being given to the employees with a check beyond the curtain.In Service programmes are being arrrange regularly. Full job security. Desrving candidates have opportunity for career growth.Pay scales and allowances at par with central/State Government. Every thing was satisfactory.
