Lower class labour facing lots of problem but there's nobody stand behind them.... Overall company was good but management was like a goon they ruins company ethics

Top management is clueless about the hardworking person. Middle management highly incompetent, insecure with the juniors who have some knowledge. Won, t let them work or getting recognition. Top management prefers talking to middle management only not the juniors and also like only sycophants. Avoid this company to have the piece of mind.

Sab kuch accha h but worker or officer ke bech m bahut ghari khayi h . ..officer ke leye to swarg h. .worker ke leye growth bahut slow h ..but job 100 safe h ..daurala is the best company..ever for safe and good job

Good opportunity to learn more things related to the field of engineering. Behaviour of seniors and management member is very nice. Only the working hours are not decided.
