I appreciate the Ex HR Mani Kandan, who left organization for the positive response after he has been harshed by the company by not paying his salary because he didn't submit the keys, sim. But does company know how he is and his family suffering. Still he wrote very good reviews on company which betrayed him 100%. That is called work ethics, so waste Management people their on the board they only come to office to defame others.

Worst company shows big CTC when it comes every thing is deducted from our own salary, promise variable but never pay and if paid also 30% rest company eats away, whatever we do company does not like especially one EX COO, I heard he has been given promotion as Director, how MD should know he is utter waste in the entire company And if we come late to office in a month more than 3 days they deduct one day salary and they treat employees the low they can.

One day network is down and without my senior support I couldn't able to fix and the management decided to remove me and that I didn't like as the management has taken a prompt decision to remove me.

Good oppurtunuties to learn new things but there is no guidence.

1. No holiday on saturday. 2. No WFH facility. Employee have to come and work in office in all situations. 3. No recornization for work. 4. HR is very unprofessional and dont know how to talk with employees. 5. Office environment is very very dirty. 6. Employee have to open office doors in the morning and filup water cans. 7. For every occation employee need to contribute money, there is no single rupee contribution from office end.
