Awesome place to work at if u r looking for a fully Remote Job . Best perk of Remote work in Datavid is that u can work from anywhere with flexible working hours . The company is growing at a very fast pace with more people joining . Datavid hasn't reached a Strictly Manager-Employee way of running things, its still mostly a one on one with the Engineering heads/ Founder. You can address your concerns directly with them . There are diverse projects to work on.

Dislikes

Need to Manage everyone in a better way , With lots of people joining, its becoming a big company. Hopefully that will get Sorted out in the near Future. Getting to know your team members online is a tedious task for those who require in person feel, but in the world of Remote work and Social Media we all are Online.

Datavid has highly skilled consultants who are very supportive and can guide you to evolve both in knowledge perspective & career. Flexible work environment and friendly manager/leadership team. Datavid is always ready to create a platform for you to learn or demonstrate your skill. I haven't completed any promotion or appraisal cycles yet, but heard from my seniors that the process doesn't disappoint us.

Datavid's commitment to helping its employees develop their career is fantastic. The founding team is passionate about helping customers succeed in their projects, and they pass that on the individual teams — both technical and strategic (like my field). In total, I've worked with Datavid for 1 year and a half, first as an external consultant and then as an internal marketer. I've had the great opportunity to grow into a leadership role thanks to Datavid's fast growth, no doubt fueled by the quality and success rate of previous work the company has done for large global enterprises. I'm thankful to everyone in the company for sharing their knowledge and I can't stress enough what a great workplace Datavid is, absolutely recommended!

Dislikes

Being a fully-remote workplace, it's a bit hard to engage with people from different teams. Datavid does offer the opportunity to meet in person twice a year, which is great. And the company is working towards bringing people together, so I can already see this improving a lot in 2023!

Great team , with lot of learning in new technologies , solving some complex data problems for enterprise cusotmers. Flat structure if the organisation makes it very collaborative and you can speak to anyone within the organisation. Experienced leadership team, and remote work culture enables good work life balance.

Great place to work if you like remote working, mainly work from anywhere is a great advantage. Work life balance is good. The work is challenging, Datavid is providing opportunity to learn new technologies which is great. Overall best place to work.
