Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Job security is good, the company culture is good, policy is depend on one man only which is not good.

Dislikes

There is no role of HR, The HR is like massenger, you can not ask the question to the management. Once it is done then done. There is no any policy to implement with mutual understanding.
