Won't focus on engineers who work hard and won't give promotions and good salaries. But they give promotions to engineers who sit at bench which is utter disappointment.

Not giving appraisals for engineers who work hard. Felt disappointed. Asked regarding this but they would give numerous answers which were having no meaning. No proper management what so ever always blaming on each other won't care for any mails dropped. Very disappointing

What can I say, I must say I never ever get an company like Datashrubs to work if I work in some 100 companies. It’s a place where employees are treated like family, and management full of inspirational peoples…Chethan, Chandan,Nandan, Punith and Madan tons of things for youths to learn from the above mentioned peoples, Especially Chethan And Punith they are they Best bosses I have come across in my life… and they set an example to modern day entrepreneurs…. IM MiSSING DATASHRUBS VERY BADLY. and I’m eagerly waiting to work again there…
