Job insecurity, firing without knowing the reasons, improper salary increment cycle,work ethics,politics at personal level, poor management, employee considerations without filter, no documented work and progress analysis for employees,manytimes talents remained unheard, and idol human resources

No job security at all, management has no trust on employees, their is no such kind of company policies that may be changes overnight. Even they shut down operations in overnight... So nothing likable

No faith on employees, no marketing n sales experience to the upper management person. Fake commitments. Overnight they shut their operations.
