Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

I liked the fact that Dataquest, through their partner in India,who hired me and relocated me to USA in 09/18 and provided shared accomodation in USA,arranged for interview calls with clients and finally placed me to client Tenet Health project in Dallas TX in 12/2018. I had an opportunity to consult on Healthcare IT projects

Dislikes

They provided allowance and not salary, which was as per the regulations as my H1B transfer was in progress and earlier I had worked in USA on H1B visa for 8+ yrs. Allowance was less than what was needed to stay in Hotels in Dallas TX, commute to work, I ran out of funds. Request for funds was not fulfilled by Dataquest on-time/as agreed,leading to loss of funds and return journey back to India and an opportunity to work in USA as H!B approval may have come soon
