They will deduct some percentage from salary even for small errors or mistakes from the manager level to production level. Break timing is very less only 20 minutes they will provide. CEO of this company visits office frequently at that time they will shout at people and fire peoples just like that. Job is not guaranteed. Shift timings will not be an advisable one, for both the genders to work. Rotational shifts on 2 weeks basics.

There is only one positive point that is salary will be credit on 1st of every month..

Firing staff for silly reasons.. Review process delay..it may take even 3 to 6 month after completing one year service. Percentage of increment very low.. Night shift allowance is rs 150 only.. For emergency leave like accident, or fever we should prove with proof. Full settlement not done for many employees after they got relieved. There is no compensation for working on govt holidays.

The company is well open to learning and work culture is good. Excellent teams to work. Job security is good. work environment is good.

Salary appraisal and job growth is very slow. Work pressure is high. Not a suitable appraisal in salary.

I'm interested my work attitude is good. But language change the file that only arabic like not like it. This cab facilities not haven that only otherwise another all perfect my Datapage digital service company is Good.
